As I get ready to go to South Korea for the third time, I have a lot of mixed emotions. Of what I know about my feelings. I am not big into emotions, but I know they are there.
I am happy that I am privileged to go for a third time. I will be aware of my emotions while on the trip, but I may need help expressing them or will work with them in time. I am sure I will face some of the six major types of emotions head-on. I will rely significantly on God’s strength to carry me through. My Adoption Social Worker and traveling peers will also be beside me.
Jerry and I will be praying for you and your group as you travel and experience so many emotions. We are assured of your dependence on our Heavenly Father who loves you into eternity. May you be able to relax and enjoy the fellowship, the beautiful landscapes, the amazing culture of this great country. You have been called to be a resource, an inspiration, a go-to individual who has stayed the course God has put in your path. All blessings.......Deniese and Jerry
Darcy,
I’m so glad you get to go back to Korea. I know so many emotions will be felt, but that’s ok. It’s what makes us human. Could you speak on what company or people you chose to go with? I’d love for my son Drew to go someday!
